Exec 1 Aviation is a FAA Repair Station servicing all makes of piston, turbine and the occasional jet aircraft. Choose us as your one stop maintenance facility for annuals, pre-buy inspections, avionics installations, interior repair, engine and airframe maintenance.  Our seven experienced mechanics, including three IAs, plus two dedicated avioinics techs are ready to help you with all your aircraft maintenance.

Service Manager- Mike Callison

Mike Callison has worked at Exec 1 since the company began in 1994. He has over 30 years experience in general aviation working on everything from gliders to Cessna Citations. Mike also volunteers at the Iowa Aviation Heritage Museum next door restoring warbirds. Call Mike today to schedule your maintenance.

Director of Maintenance- Mike Lossner

Mike Lossner is the Director of Maintenance for the Exec 1 Charter Department. Mike is also an A&P and IA and has over 25 years experience working on numerous general aviation aircraft.  Mike is in charge of making sure the paperwork is right and ensures the Charter Aircraft are well maintained. You can also see him punching holes in the sky in his Piper Tri-Pacer.

Avionics Manager- Jeremiah Halldin

Airframe Maintenance

Our mechanics have extensive experience on Beech, Cessna, Piper, and other airframes. We perform routine inspections, AD and STC modifications and component repair. Our mechanics have the knowledge and experience to solve your airframe issues quickly and to your satisfaction.

Power Plant Maintenance and Repair

Exec 1 Aviation has on staff  A&P and IA Technicians who are ready to complete your engine's unexpected failure, 100 hour or annual inspections, engine rebuild, or replacement, etc.  Everything is done on-site, and our large maintenance hangar means your aircraft will be protected from the elements while in our care.

Contract Maintenance

Exec 1 Aviation stands ready to perform contract maintenance for your corporate aircraft or fleet of aircraft. Because of our size and location it is often less expense to have us service your aircraft, other than an in-house organization. Even if your aircraft is located at an airport other than Ankeny Regional, we are prepared to assist you in all your aircraft needs.

Cessna Service Center and Parts Sales
