Bring the whole family and join us on International learn to fly day! Meet our Flight Instructors along with members from Clear Skies, Solar, and TB aviation flying clubs. We will have many aircraft on static display, and will have a drawing for free discovery flights! Everyone is welcome, pilots and non pilots alike. We look forward to seeing you on May 18th!

New Aircraft!

Exec 1 Aviation has two new additions to its fleet, A Citation V Ultra (N15SK) and an additional Citation I (N10FG).

Value: Our Citation V Ultra; Is the fastest aircraft in our fleet. On a trip 100nm or less the ultra will arrive within 10 minutes of a Lear 31 at a fraction of the cost. It has an increased fuel capacity that will allow us to fly you from coast to coast with 1 fuel stop even in the most formidable headwinds. Along with all the amenities you have grown accustom to at Exec 1 Aviation, the Ultra has an increased fuselage area, Flight Status Displays for passengers, a DVD Player, and a larger lavatory.

International Learn To Fly Day 9:00am-12:00pm

Are you interested in flight lessons and learning how to fly? Well, International Learn to Fly Day is a great time to visit Exec 1 Aviation to get the chance to see the aircraft up close! Also, it is a great time to meet one of our flight instructors at Exec 1 Aviation – Josh Gipple. He will be at the Ankeny Airport from 9am-noon to answer any questions you may have about flying and/or getting started with lessons. We will be available to take anybody that is interested in purchasing a discovery flight! So come on out to Exec 1 Aviation and fulfill your dream of flight.
